If at any time the badge holder's business license or insurance lapses, is revoked, or otherwise becomes invalid, 10 Golden Fingers Platform reserves the right to suspend or revoke the badge without notice.

For new accounts, defined as businesses registered on the platform for the first time, the Verified Badge shall be valid for an initial period of two (2) years, subject to the same ongoing requirements for valid business licensing and insurance coverage.

10 Golden Fingers Platform reserves the right to request proof of business license and insurance at any time and to take appropriate action, including badge revocation, if the badge holder fails to provide satisfactory documentation or is found to be non-compliant.

4. Service Quality

Professionals using this platform agree to maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism in all interactions with property owners.

All professionals must comply with local, state, and federal regulations applicable to their trade. The platform reserves the right to verify credentials and compliance at any time.
